Parents want a choice! For too long, the public schools have focused on putting all students on a one-way track toward college. This does not fulfill the needs or interests of our children and our community. Students need to be ready to pursue not only college, but for work and life after graduation. We will educate the whole child, as an individual, and, in addition to the Classical School curriculum, prepare them to enter the ‘real world’ through our unique World of Work and “Pathway” approach. This approach will introduce all students to four diverse directions to empower them to make career decisions:

  1. College Preparation

  2. Career Technical Education

  3. Military Leadership

  4. Entrepreneurship

Through this one-of-a-kind approach, NCA will engage parents, our children, and the community, restoring academic achievement and preparing students for life beyond the classroom.

Our mission is to deliver a holistic high school education, filled with truth, that equips students with confidence, knowledge, and virtue.

1. College Preparation

The baseline of NCA’s academics are thorough and rigorous, but the college preparatory path is more than passing AP tests. NCA will offer students opportunities to answer questions about their desired careers before selecting a college or major. No student should enter college and expend precious time wandering aimlessly though various majors.

2. Career Technical Education

In addition to the academics, students will be exposed to trades and vocational opportunities. Partnering with local craftsmen and tradesmen, students will have real-time, hands-on experience with the professions that keep our homes, cars, and businesses working and growing.

3. Military Leadership

Military service combines patriotism, hard work, and selfless service to grow stronger men and women who will carry on the rich tradition of defending the United States of America. From the American Revolution to the beaches of Normandy and the mountains of Afghanistan, our military is the cornerstone of the free world. Our modern military provides technical, experiential, and leadership opportunities unlike anything else on earth.

4. Entrepreneurship

Students will be encouraged to follow their dreams to make their own way in the world, embracing the rugged individualism for which we, as Americans, are known. This includes learning the basics of finance, business management, and connecting with individuals or entities that can help them understand how to bring their innovations and ideas into fruition.
